投資銀行高盛建議，08年投資者應在美元回穩之際賣出黃金，並相信這是其明年十大投資策略之一。高盛預計信貸市場憂慮將緩解，美元走勢較今年更加穩定。上述趨勢
將減少黃金作為避險投資工具的魅力，今年這一避險功能曾帶動金價升至近30年最高位。高盛報告指，美國聯邦儲備局將持續降息，令經濟衰退的或然率降低。
